Corrine C. (Bernier) Stebbins

Corrine C. (Bernier) Stebbins, age 65, passed away on January 2, 2019 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. Corrine will be lovingly remembered by her son and his wife, Albert and Emily Stebbins; and her siblings and their spouses, Joseph and Maureen Bernier of Haverhill, MA; Steve and Sue Bernier of Essex, VT; Wayne and Lee Bernier of Byfield, MA; Mark Bernier of Byfield, MA; and Jean and Dave Gaspari of Centennial, CO. Corrine will also be remembered by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in her death by her parents, Vincent and Mary Bernier, and her brother Vincent Bernier. Corrine was born on February 13, 1953 in Lynn, MA. She lived in Byfield, MA in her younger years and Amesbury, MA at the time of her passing. She worked as an assembler at Lucent Technologies for many years and attended beauty school in NH, graduating with a license in cosmetology. Corrine struggled with serious medical and mental issues most of her adult life. Despite these difficulties Corrine was funny, direct, and loving. Her smile, although fleeting, was beautiful and left a lasting impression. She will be remembered with fondness and respect by her family and those who knew her.
Services in memory of Corrine will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 11 a.m., at the Conte-Giamberardino Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant Street, Georgetown, MA. Visitation will be prior to her service from 10 to 11am.
