Carol Mae (Webster) Lobley peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 25, 2025, after a bout with illness. She was born on November 5, 1938, in North Conway, NH as the oldest child to Ashley and Ruby (Dunfee) Webster. She is survived by her three sons, Peter Lobley of Georgetown, MA, David Lobley and his wife Kimberly of Derry, NH, and Richard Lobley and his wife Carla of Poland, ME; seven grandchildren, Kendra Royalty and her husband Philip, Christopher Lobley and his wife Jessica, Mariah Kinney and her husband Bretton, Stephen Lobley and his wife Bianca, Heather Lobley, Hannah Marus and her husband David, and Amanda Lobley; four great-grandchildren, Caroline Jones, Everly Lobley, Parker Lobley and Eleanor Royalty; sister Mary Seeley, brother Merritt Webster and his wife Helen; one niece and four nephews, as well as many cousins.
Carol is remembered for her compassion, determination, as well as her love and faithfulness to her Lord Jesus Christ and her family. She was a committed Christian and was passionate about evangelism, encouragement, and missions. She was the esteemed Matriarch of the family and poured her life into her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, as well as anyone else around her who was in need. She lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation and will be greatly missed by all those who loved her so deeply.
There will be a Celebration of Life held in Carol’s honor on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, at 10:30 am at New England Bible Church, 60 Chandler Road, Andover, MA. Interment will be held at Castine Town Cemetery in the spring. Donations in Carol’s memory may be made to New England Bible Church or Samaritan’s Purse, both of which she faithfully supported.
