Carole Bishop Obituary

Carole Bishop passed away peacefully in the company of her loved ones on the afternoon of Sunday, March 16th.

Carole graduated from Masconomet High School in 1964, followed by Beverly Nursing School in 1967. She spent her life helping and serving others as a nurse until retiring in 2016. Carole and her husband Bob got married in 1966 and had three children. They have lived in Boxford, MA since 1969.

Carole loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them whenever she could. She showed her love for others by cooking for them, and she was always up for a game of hearts or cribbage.

Carole was preceded in death by her mother, Hilda Hatt, and father, Maurice Hatt. She is survived by her husband of nearly 59 years, Bob; her children, David (Cathi), Jim, and Carianne; her brothers, Bob Blaisdell (Tracey), Brian Hatt (Andrew) and Donald Hatt (Rita); her grandchildren, Karleigh Taylor (Will), Chandler Bishop (Desiree), Riley Bishop, Brooke Bishop, and Kalia; her great-grandchildren, Sarah Kate Taylor, Adam Taylor, and Logan Bishop; and multiple nieces and newphews.

Carole's Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 31st at 1o'clock in The Trinity Episcopal Church,  124 River Road, Topsfield then followed by a reception at Capone's Restaurant at 3PM.
