It is with deep regret that we must inform you that the death has occurred of our beloved sister Catherine Cronin aged 47. Catherine was born in Dublin, Ireland and is predeceased by her Father, Vincent and her beloved sister, Celine. She is survived by her Loving Mother Cora, her Twin Sister Susan, along with sisters, Sandra and Ursula, and her Brother Declan. In addition, she will be missed by her loving Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, cousins, neighbors and her many friends.
Catherine began her journey of caring for the sick and injured while volunteering with the Order of Malta Ambulance Corps at the age of 14. Whilst there, Catherine became a certified Emergency Medical Technician. After several years she fulfilled her dream of becoming a Paramedic and working in the United States. During this journey, she joined the Armed Services, proudly wearing the uniform of the United
States Air Force. Catherine dedicated her life to helping those less fortunate, those in need and the most vulnerable in society. She truly epitomized all that is good with her humanity and her empathy for others. All who knew Catherine remember her infectious and frequently uncontrollable laughter, and her beautiful smile. This is the memory we hope you keep in your thoughts and prayers of our beautiful
angel Catherine.
Family and friends are kindly invited to her Visitation on Wednesday, September 8th from 4 to 8pm in the Conte - Giamberardino Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant Street, Georgetown. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10:30 in St. Mary's Parish, 94 Andover Street, Georgetown. Interment will be in Ireland.
