Catherine "Cathy" (Tremblay) Palardy

In Loving Memory Catherine “Cathy” Tremblay Palardy July 9th, 1964 – January 19th, 2024

Cathy passed away in the early morning hours on Friday, January 19th, 2024, at Holy Family Hospital in Haverhill. Cathy was born on July 9th, 1964, in Salem, MA to Madeline and Robert Tremblay. She grew up in various towns throughout the North Shore area; in 2006 she found the place she would forever call home on Hampton Beach in New Hampshire. Despite her health beginning to decline in recent years, she continuously reminded friends, family, and strangers of the importance of smiling; her laughter and sense of humor will never be forgotten. Throughout Cathy’s life, she could be found bathing in the sunshine when it was warm and watching the Boston Bruins play when the sun took it’s breaks. There was nothing she loved more in this life than her family, her cats, and the beach. If her toes were in the sand, and she was holding someone’s hand, it was a good day.

While Cathy was preceded in death by her father, Robert Tremblay (69), and her older sister, Lisa Tremblay (58), she is survived by her husband, James Palardy (53), two children, Ryan Blaney (28) and Kaylin Blaney (25), her mother Madeline Tremblay (80), and countless others, whether they be family by blood or circumstance.

Although the family will be holding private ceremonies in the coming months, they would like to invite everybody who knew Cathy or her family to continue sending love out into the universe and honor her memory in their own ways.
