Cecelia A. “Ceal” (Tirabassi) Peacock, 79 of Bartlett, NH. and formerly of Topsfield, MA, passed away peacefully Thursday morning, April 2nd at the home of her son, Tom, in Boxford, surrounded by the love of her family. Cecelia was born in Everett, MA on August 12, 1940 to the late Thomas and Alma (Strianese) Tirabassi. The oldest of three, she was raised and educated in Everett and was a communicant of St. Anthony Church, Everett. During her younger years, Cecelia was an active member of the CYO. Cecelia retired from North Shore Community College (Beverly) in 2002 and then moved to Bartlett, NH where she restarted her life to meet so many more amazing people. Cecelia continued her love of skiing and soon afterwards she became a longtime ski instructor and enjoyed being outdoors, especially, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, sailing, swimming and gardening. 
Cecelia was the beloved wife of the late, Walter E. Peacock and is survived by their sons, Gregg Cordwell of Grand Junction CO, Thomas Peacock of Boxford, MA and John Peacock of Winchester, MA , and daughters of St. Johns, New Brunswick, Debbie (Peacock) Hilchey, Susan (Peacock) Foster and Bliss Fulton. Cecelia is survived by her sister, Barbara (Tirabassi) Ash of Seabrook, NH. Cecelia was predeceased by her brother, Thomas Tirabassi, Jr. Cecelia is survived by her grandchildren, Michael Foster, Angela Foster, Dennis Cordwell-Graf, Matthew Peacock, Bradley Peacock, Mark Peacock and Samuel Peacock, Michael Fulton, Ricky Fulton and Jennifer Fulton. Cecelia was predeceased by her grandson, Michael Cordwell-Graf.
