Christina Rose Frontiera-Lindsey, former Lynn resident, passed away November 30 in Rochester, New Hampshire. Christina was born to Peter and Rose Frontiera on March 15, 1927. Her family lived on Stickney Street, a great neighborhood for kids, which no longer exists. She had a talent for sewing and was offered space to display her “Chris’s Charmers” dolls on consignment. Her culinary skills were greatly appreciated by family and guests and made holiday meals extra special. Chris’s cheerful personality and clever wit will be endearing memories.
Christina was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Dante, Frank, Peter and two-year-old Gino. The loss of two sons, Joe Willis and John Lindsey, was especially heartbreaking. She is survived by her husband Dick, sons Charles and James Willis, David [Patricia], Michael, Rick and Robert[Alice] Lindsey, her sister, Mary, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The Conte - Giamberardino Funeral Home in Georgetown provided burial services on Friday, December 13, 2019. A special thanks extended to Christina’s case workers, medical professionals and rehab staff workers who cared for her.
