Constance "Connie" (Bartlett) Coolen

Constance I. “Connie” ( Bartlett ) Coolen, 88, of Wilson, NC and formerly of Sandown, NH., passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Salem Haven Nursing Home in Salem NH. Connie was born in Biddeford, ME to the late Bryce and Emela (Colette) Bartlett on December 29, 1931. Connie was employed by Raytheon as an Inspector for many years and during her spare time she enjoyed Bingo, reading and shopping. She was a longtime member of the St. Mary’s Women’s Club and loved to travel to the casinos and was an avid Red Sox fan, however, her greatest passion was spending time with her grandsons and her family. Connie enjoyed spoiling her cat Sophie and her daughters cat Mittens and her dog Zoe.
Connie is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Pike and her husband Alfred of Wilson, NC, her grandsons, Jeremy and Jamie Coolen as well as several nieces and nephews. Connie was predeceased by her two sons, Dennis and Michael Coolen, her sisters, Carol Smart and Rosalie Carignan and her former husband, Garvey Coolen.
Family and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Thursday, August 20 th at 12 Noon in the Conte – Giamberardino Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant Street, Georgetown. Interment will follow at Harmony Cemetery, Georgetown. Visitation will be prior to her service from 11 to noon.
