Debra Jean (Stilwell) Scotti, of Georgetown MA and formerly Everett MA, lost her battle with cancer on March 18, 2022, at 58 years old. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Debbie was born on July 20, 1963, to the late William and Jean Stillwell of Everett, MA. She was a graduate of Everett High School and worked in Boston as a legal secretary after high school. After becoming a mother, Debbie worked in the Georgetown public school systems in the cafeteria for over two decades. She had just recently retired in October 2021. Debbie enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, bowling, shopping, watching Bruins and Patriots games, and attending many Aerosmith concerts. Debbie was also a member of the Boston Bruins Gallery Gods. She enjoyed vacationing with her family to Aruba, the White Mountains and Salisbury beach. Her greatest joy in life was being a wife, mother, and grandmother.
Debbie is survived by her loving husband Nicholas Scotti III, of Georgetown Massachusetts, her son and daughter in law, Nicholas IV and Jessica Scotti, of Amesbury Massachusetts, her daughter and fiancé, Robyn Scotti and Bryan Trickett, of Salisbury Massachusetts. Loving daughter of the late Jean Stilwell and the late William Stilwell, Sr. Loving sister of William Stilwell, Jr. and his wife Elaine, Steven Stilwell, the late David Stilwell and his late wife Brenda, and the late Cheryl Peach and her surviving husband John Peach. She is survived by her three grandchildren, Adriana Jean Scotti, Gavin James Scotti, and Eleanor Jean Scotti. She is also survived by her sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-laws, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Debbie will be greatly missed.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend her Visiting Hours on Thursday, March 24th from 4-8pm at the Conte - Giamberardino Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant Street, Georgetown. Her Graveside Service will be held on Friday March 25th at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. Those wishing to attend may meet at the main gate at 10:45 AM.
