Dennis S. Fisher

Dennis Fisher, 58, of Groveland, MA, passed away after a short battle with melanoma and Alzheimer’s disease on Monday, August 18, 2025, at home surrounded by his loving sons, family, and friends.

Born in Melrose, MA, and raised in Georgetown, Dennis graduated from Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School in 1985. He later attended the Peterson School, where he became a licensed Journeyman Plumber, and in 2019, he proudly earned his Master Plumber license.

Dennis’s greatest joy in life was being a devoted father to his twin sons. He loved the outdoors and could often be found camping, boating, or hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. A fitness enthusiast, he made time each day for long walks and rowing. He also enjoyed traveling, creating lasting memories on trips to Italy, California, several Caribbean countries, and on many cruises.

He was predeceased by his parents, Virginia (Rando) and Charles Fisher. Dennis is survived by his beloved sons, Daniel Fisher of Groveland and Brandon Fisher of Peabody; his sister, Elaine Davey, and her husband, Peter Davey; his nephews, Ethan and Aidan Davey of Groveland; and his former wives, Bonnie Tracy of Madison, NH, and Mary Kate Fisher of Peabody, MA. He also leaves behind a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Dennis will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, his strong work ethic, and his devotion to family.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visitation on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Conte-Giamberardino Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant Street, Georgetown, MA. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Conte-Giamberardino Funeral Home, followed by burial at Harmony Cemetery in Georgetown.
