Jeannette Marie (Raymond) Greene

Jeannette Marie (Raymond) Greene, 70, a lifelong resident of Georgetown, MA passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at her home, surrounded by the love of her family. Jeannette was born in Georgetown on November 10, 1950 to the late John L. and Mary A. (Rutherford) Raymond. She was raised and educated here in Georgetown and was very proud of her boys, they truly were her pride and joy in life. A kind and selfless woman who would give you the shirt off her back, Jeannette devoted much time as the neighborhood babysitter and nanny and was seen more as a grandmother to all the children. She was a member of the Byfield Parish Church in Georgetown and during her free time she enjoyed music and dancing, as well as her casino trips and the family poker games However, her greatest passion was being in the company of her family.
 
Jeannette is survived by her husband, Timothy Greene of Georgetown and her beloved boys, Jason A. Dick of Georgetown and Shawn A. Dick of Portsmouth, NH, her stepdaughter, Arian Haley and her husband Joe of Rowley, her step grandchildren, Reghan and Kellan Haley, her sister, Claire “Rocky” Parino and her husband Tony of Georgetown as well as many nieces and nephews. Jeannette was predeceased by her sister, Sharon McNutt.
 
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, December 3   rd from 4 to 8pm in the Conte – Giamberardino Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant Street, Georgetown. Private interment will be held for family at the South Byfield Cemetery, Georgetown.
