Kathleen J. (Katie) Flanders

Kathleen Flanders 40, of Georgetown passed away on November 4, 2025. She was born in Boston on October 21, 1985, to Donald and Deborah (Leavitt) Flanders. Katie is survived by her loving sisters, Charlene Flanders and her significant other Adam Colarusso and Nicole Flanders and her significant other Stavros Themelis and her nephew Ryan Freeman as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Katie enjoyed spending time with her family and going on outings. She especially enjoyed the swimming pool. She also participated in the Special Olympics in Danvers. 

She was attending Coastal Connections in Amesbury and was very well cared for by her loving staff and nurses at her group home in Georgetown as well as many others throughout the years.

Family and friends are kindly invited to Katie's Funeral Service on Friday afternoon, November 14th at 1 o'clock at the Conte - Giamberardino Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant Street, Georgetown. Her visitation will be held prior to her service from 12 to 1pm. Interment will be private.
