Lee (Ovington) Chadwick

Lee Chadwick, 88, passed away peacefully on October 29 th, 2020, at Riverbend Assisted Living in Ipswich, MA. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerry and her grandson, Stephen Chadwick.
A loving wife and mother of four children, she was raised in Auburndale, MA and moved to Georgetown as a teenager where she met her future husband Jerry. Their family lived in Georgetown for many years.
She is survived by her children, Dr. Jerrold Chadwick of Elliott City, MD, Janet Power of Topsfield, MA, Jeffrey Chadwick of Flat Rock, NC and James Chadwick of Tampa, FL. Her eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Private Graveside Services will be held at the Brookside Cemetery, West Boxford. A Celebration of Life will be held in Georgetown sometime in 2021. For those who wish, Lee may be remembered through donations to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan Street, Unit B-102, Danvers, MA 01923. The Conte – Giamberardino Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant Street, Georgetown has been entrusted with Lee’s care.
