It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lorrie Dispenza, a loving mother, gifted musician, and retired Reiki healer. Lorrie passed away peacefully on May 15, 2025 at the age of 66.
She was surrounded by loved ones including her son Antonio Louis Guerrero, as well as very close family, Michelle Keenan and Gloria Swanbon. Lorrie was born on February 15th, 1959 in Haverhill, MA and raised in Georgetown, MA. Lorrie was the beloved daughter of the late Louis C. and Carol A. Dispenza.
Lorrie’s life was one defined by compassion, creativity, and community. A lover of music and theatre, she brought joy to many through her talents. She proudly sang with the Newburyport Chorale Society, she also played clarinet with the Merrimack Valley Orchestra and the First Congregational Church of Georgetown Band. She was in the first Poison Pen Letters productions of the Georgetown Theatre Workshop, which was written by her father Louis. She was also in a musical review and other shows at the Georgetown Theatre workshop. Lorrie was a very spiritual person in many ways and practiced Reiki healing, among many other ways of helping people.
Lorrie continued to share her gentle spirit with those around her, always ready and willing to help family and friends. She had a passion for music and loved playing the clarinet and guitar. She also loved to sing and her voice uplifted all those who heard it.
Lorrie is survived by her son and her granddog Eddie.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 30, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Conte- Giamberardino Funeral Home in Georgetown, MA. A burial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Harmony Cemetery in Georgetown.
