Raymond A. "Butchie" Gagne, II, 62, army veteran and resident of Peabody formerly of Georgetown, passed away peacefully on Friday July 9th. Raymond served as a tank turret mechanic at Fort Hood, TX. Raymond was an avid music lover and passionate guitar player, and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He loved spending time fishing and building model kit boats and planes. Raymond's favorite time was spent making memories with his family.
Raymond is survived by his mother, Joan A. (Predki) Gagne, his son, Nathaniel A. Gagne, his daughter, Nicole R. (Gagne) DiStefano, his son-in-law, Gerard A. DiStefano and their children, LJ DiStefano and Owen DiStefano, his sister, Joni Auclair and her husband James Auclair and their children, Jaqueline, Kassandra and Krystyna, his great niece, Madison, and his brothers, Timothy Gagne, Jerry Gagne and his wife Judy Bartlett-Gagne, and Anthony Gagne with whom he lived. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Raymond was predeceased by his father, Raymond A. Gagne and his son, Raymond "Guy" A.Gagne III.
Family and friends are invited to attend Butchie's Graveside Service on Saturday morning, July 31st at 11 o'clock in the Harmony Cemetery, Central Street, Georgetown.
