Timothy T. Greene

Timothy T. Greene lost his battle with COPD surrounded by his family on May 4, 2022, at Kaplan House in Danvers, MA.  Timothy was born December 6, 1951, to the late William and Joyce Greene of Georgetown and was a graduate of Georgetown High School, Class of 1969.  He was a union carpenter his whole life and retired in 2009.  He enjoyed NASCAR, going to the fights, and hanging out with friends at the VFW in Georgetown.

Timothy was predeceased by his wife, Jeannette, whom he loved very much and shared his life with in Georgetown.  Tim leaves behind his daughter, Arian Haley, her husband, Joe, and grandchildren, Reghan & Kellan, of Rowley MA.  He is also survived by his brother, William Greene, Jr., of Georgetown, his nephews William Greene, III and Shawn Greene of Groveland and their families, and his stepsons, Peter and David Thistlewood of Merrimac, MA, Jason Dick, Andrea Spaulding, Colin and Joey of Georgetown, MA, and Shawn Dick of Portsmouth, NH.
A special thank you to Jay, Andrea, Colin, and Joey for embracing Tim into their family for the last 8 months.  It was truly a gift for him to be included in their daily life, celebrations, and holidays.  It took away some of the loneliness of losing Jeannette and he was so grateful for those memories.
