Victoria M. Capano – Groveland, MA

Victoria M. Capano, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on October 13th, surrounded by her loving family, after a long and courageous battle with health challenges.

Born in Lynn, Massachusetts, Victoria, known affectionately as “Vickie”, was a proud graduate of Lynn Classical High School. An avid athlete, she had a lifelong passion for softball, excelling as a player and later sharing her love of the game through years of dedicated youth coaching.

After marrying the love of her life, Carlo J. Capano, the couple settled in Groveland, Massachusetts, where they built a beautiful life together and raised their three children.

Vickie was a proud and dedicated employee of A.W. Chesterton Company, where she worked for 26 years. Her strong work ethic, reliability, and positive spirit earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues and friends.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 59 years, Carlo J. Capano, and their children: Thomas Capano and his wife Lisa, and their daughter Hunter Romano; Maria Capano-Prescott and her husband B.J. Prescott; and Carlo T. Capano and his wife Brenda, along with their children Cole and Caden Capano.

Vickie will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and wonderful sense of humor. She brought joy to every room she entered and offered unwavering support to her friends and loved ones. Her strength, laughter, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Calling hours are Friday, October 17, 2025 from 9:30 – 11:00 AM at Conte-Giamberardino Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant Street, Georgetown, MA 01833. A funeral service will take place following the calling hours at the funeral home at 11:00 AM.
